I will set up an appointment with you to get you started. I can help you with a business plan that will suit your needs. Every investors goals are different. I will meet with you to find out how much capitol you have to invest, how many properties you want to own, and what are your short and long term goals. We will then make a plan to achieve your goals.

I can help you with this. I have that service available to you. For a small fee I can help you re-hab, collect, and fill the properties with tenants.

My services are FREE to you when you buy. The selling commission is negotiable. However, when you buy from me there is little or no re-sale fee. I try to make it as easy as possible for the investors to turn their properties.
